We have a fully qualified specialist in-house expert who is dedicated full time to ensuring that we operate to the highest standards of operation and practice at all levels.   Quality Standards Secondary only to Health & Safety, Quality is at the heart of everything that we do. We operate to a number of long established procedures to monitor and check the quality of workmanship, materials, and build.   Contract Sizes Jay Tee Construction undertake projects with a typical contract value from £ 250,000 up to £ 3 Million, located across the West Yorkshire region.   Insurances The company holds insurances that exceed statutory requirements to cover all aspects of its work and sight of these are available on request. We are also members of NHBC and various other professional bodies.

In addition to our own self-financed projects, our client base includes a number of key Yorkshire developers. Working through Jay Tee Commercial Management, we have also joined with a number of prominent successful companies with projects both on a partnering basis and as Joint Ventures.
