Land Wanted

We are continually looking to acquire new development opportunities both with or without planning permission across the Yorkshire region. We are seeking greenfield land, brownfield land, old mill sites, garages and filling stations, derelict land, allotments or barns for conversion. We typically consider sites greater than ½ acre for both residential and commercial development.
