Jay Tee's experience and success with difficult or unusual build projects was extended in Hadfield Nr Glossop, Derbyshire.

M J F Architects of Leeds approached JayTee with an industrial unit build project.  Prior to building work, the marsh land site required extensive drainage, reclamation and levelling ground work.   Jay Tee’s groundwork's team, remediated and prepared the site for the build of 30,000 sq foot 11 self-contained industrial units with shared yard.

The £1.4 million project was completed on time and on budget, to the complete satisfaction of the client.
