Starting initially as a logical extension to our building & construction activities, Jay Tee Commercial provides lettings and facilities management services for our own property portfolio. Jay Tee Commercial also provides construction management consultancy and advice on areas such as investment & finance, and building legislation. Joint venture partnerships, and most non-build issues including are managed on a day to day basis through Jay Tee Commercial.

 

Jay Tee Construction

Our construction team manage the on-site delivery of Commercial and Industrial Build projects. We have considerable knowledge and experience in dealing with build logistics, structural problems, and planning regulations.Our core team are widely experienced in the careful specialist work required in listed and special heritage building.

Jay Tee Homes is our residential construction arm. We specialise in the designing and building high quality homes of a constant high standard and providing families with value for money low energy, easy to maintain and cost effective homes for the future.
