Jay Tee Construction was established in 1996 by Managing Director John Lyttle. Through steady growth and expansion the Jay Tee Group is now a significant player in the regional construction industry but remains a family run concern. Jay Tee carries out all types of building and civil engineering work in the public and private sector on a regional basis. We are a traditional building contractor, house builder, and commercial developer and provide a bespoke service to clients throughout northern England.
Jay Tee is made up of three different subsidiary divisions, each with its own manager, accountable directly to the client and to the wider Jay Tee group. From initial contact through to commissioning and hand-over, our clients have a single point of contact to ensure a successful outcome.
We are experienced, equipped, and have the in-house team to undertake projects from £300,000 to £3 million. We operate in all market sectors including Commercial Offices (new build, refurbishment and fit out), Industrial, Medical & Care, and Residential. Our portfolio of experience is not specific and ranges from conversions and renovation, to new build commercial and residential. Jay Tee have become specialist in providing the highest quality solutions in listed and special conservation build projects.
